NexoBee provides digital accessibility services, including ADA and WCAG audits, remediation, and monitoring, for businesses in the United States. Our business is run by an individual owner based in Bangladesh who works with clients remotely.
3. Using Our Website
You may use our website for lawful reasons only. When you use our site, you agree that you will not:
- Break any law or regulation
- Copy, resell, or misuse our content or tools
- Try to harm, hack, or overload the website
- Use the site to send spam or harmful code
- Pretend to be someone else

4. Our Free Accessibility Scanner
We offer a free scanner that checks documents for common accessibility issues. Please read this section carefully, because it explains what the scanner does and does not do.
- The scanner runs inside your own browser. We do not upload or store your documents. We only collect your email address so we can send your results.
- The scanner finds and reports common issues. It is an automated tool.
- Automated tools like ours catch only part of all accessibility issues, often around 30 to 40 percent. Many issues can only be found through manual testing with real assistive technology.
Because of this, our scanner does not make your website or document compliant. It does not guarantee that you will pass an audit. It does not protect you from legal claims or lawsuits. It is a starting point, not a full solution. For real results, a manual audit and remediation are needed.
5. We Are Not a Law Firm
We are an accessibility services provider, not a law firm. We are not attorneys and we do not give legal advice. Nothing on this website, in our reports, or in our services should be treated as legal advice. Accessibility laws, including the ADA, can be complex. For legal questions, please speak with a qualified lawyer.
6. Our Paid Services
We offer paid services such as accessibility audits, remediation, and ongoing monitoring. These paid services are not covered by these website terms. They are provided under a separate service agreement or proposal that we share with you before any work begins.
Please understand what our services do. We work to detect accessibility issues and to remediate them using real code fixes. We do not use overlays or widgets. However, we do not and cannot guarantee full compliance, a passing audit, or protection from lawsuits. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a one time fix.
7. Payments
For our paid services, we bill by invoice. You can pay using PayPal, Payoneer, Western Union, or bank transfer, based on what works best for you. Full payment terms, timelines, and details are set out in your service agreement.
Some of our services, such as monitoring, are recurring. Billing cycles, notice periods, and cancellation rules for these services are explained in your service agreement. Please review that agreement before you sign up.
8. Our Accessibility Scanner Plugin
We also offer an accessibility scanner as a WordPress plugin. If you download or buy the plugin, its use is covered by its own license, not by these website terms.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, logos, designs, and tools, belongs to NexoBee or our licensors. You may not copy, sell, or reuse our content without our written permission. You may share links to our pages.
10. Third Party Links and Services
Our website may link to other websites or use third party services. We do not control these and we are not responsible for them. Using them is at your own risk, and their own terms and policies apply.
11. Disclaimer
Our website and free tools are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise that the site will always work without errors or interruptions. We do not promise that the results from our free scanner are complete or free of errors. You use our website and tools at your own risk.
12. Limitation of Liability

This includes any loss related to relying on the results of our free scanner. Since the website and free tools are provided at no cost, our total liability for anything related to them is limited to zero.
