How long does an accessibility audit take?
Most small-business audits are delivered within one to two weeks, depending on how many pages are in scope.
Can you guarantee my site will be ADA compliant?
No, and be cautious of anyone who promises that. The ADA is a law; WCAG is the technical standard courts reference. We test your site against WCAG 2.2 Level AA, fix what we find, and document the work — which meaningfully reduces your risk. But no vendor can guarantee compliance or immunity from a lawsuit.
Isn't a free automated scan enough?
Automated scans catch roughly a quarter to a third of accessibility issues. The rest — keyboard traps, illogical focus order, meaningless alt text, broken screen-reader experiences — need a human. That’s exactly where real barriers and real lawsuits live.
